Welcome Aboard!

This site is for my family and friends as well as for all the sailors, cruisers, and would be cruisers to share in my thoughts and experiences while fitting out and setting sail for distant shores.

S/V Knight Hawk is a 1978 Formosa 41 Yankee Clipper ketch. She currently resides in Marina Del Rey, California where she is being prepped for a 3 year cruise to Central America and the Caribbean with a final destination in Florida. The target date for the beginning of this cruise is now October of 2011.
